Operator screens in English and Telugu today. The customer's Smart Queue phone page offers English, Hindi and the state's language where available. Forms can print in English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi scripts where the form supports it.
The pilot starts in Telangana. Centres in any state can register. National services such as PAN, passport and voter ID are being added, and state services arrive state by state as they are configured and reviewed.
Print your centre's QR poster. Customers prepare on their own phone while they wait, and their applications join your queue for review at the counter. Off until you switch it on.
Local text reading (OCR) for English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi scripts. A voter ID, PAN card and some other documents can be read to save typing. Every value is confirmed by a person before it is used.
Citizens will be able to prepare at home and bring a home code to any KAARYU centre. On Today, choose Have a home code? and type or scan it. You see only counts until the citizen reads back the code sent to their mobile by SMS; then the application opens at your centre for you to check as usual.
From need to done
On the counter Start card and the customer's phone page, the customer's need can be typed in Telugu or English, or Telugu in English letters. KAARYU suggests up to three services and shows the words that matched. The operator or customer picks; nothing is chosen automatically. The typed words stay on the device.
For many services, the official form is prepared by the centre for review and printing, with confirmed details in place. A form fills in only after people have checked and verified its print layout; until then the blank official form prints with a details sheet. Names are split into surname, first and middle name for forms that ask for parts, and the operator confirms the split.
Where a service is set up for one, KAARYU prepares the affidavit or bond ready to print, with page 1 left blank at the top for stamp paper and an instructions page for the customer. The customer signs before a notary, and you record the original when it comes back. Unconfirmed details print as blank lines.
On the Print step and the customer's status page: the official form, affidavit, stamp paper, notary signature, documents, fee and lodging, each shown as done, to do or not needed. Nothing is marked done until your centre records it.
Portal-ready copies of a customer's consented photos, signatures and documents, cropped and sized to the pixel and file-size limits the portal shows, with PDF merge and split. Step guidance for portals is added as each portal's guide is checked. Your operator still works on the portal, and KAARYU never stores portal passwords.
KAARYU does not give legal advice and cannot say whether an office accepts an affidavit or bond in this format. Ask the office first.
Register your centre
From any state: your mobile number, a one-time code, then your business details, state and district.
You start in practice mode, with a practice desk and demo customers. No SMS goes to customers, and practice records never mix with real ones.
Upload one business proof, such as a GST certificate, shop licence, Udyam certificate or CSC VLE id (never Aadhaar). The KAARYU team reviews it and approves your centre.
Approval starts your 30-day free trial, and you can add real centres in your state and invite your staff.
Each staff member's training is recorded, so the owner can see who is ready for the counter.
Paid plans for after the trial. Pricing to be announced.
Online registration opens shortly. If the registration page is not open yet, send us an enquiry and we will contact you.
The pilot
A small number of centres, setup and training by our team, and regular feedback. The pilot is free of charge.
Operators look for help under many names: online service centre software, MeeSeva centre software, a CSC operator tool, or certificate application software. KAARYU is independent software. It is not part of any government scheme or portal. It helps the operator prepare a complete application; the centre lodges it through the office or portal it already uses.
