| Town or city, and state | Yes |
| Centre type | Yes |

No analytics, no tracking. The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and loads nothing from other websites.
One security cookie. When you open the Join the Pilot page, the website sets one strictly necessary cookie (named kaaryu_form) that protects the form against forged submissions. It holds no personal information and is not used to track you. The website sets no other cookies.
Technical information. To protect the form from abuse, the website briefly uses your connection's IP address to limit how many enquiries can be sent in a short time; it is not saved with your enquiry. Like most websites, our hosting server may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it
We use the information you send only to contact you about the KAARYU pilot and to answer your enquiry. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the consent box. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
4. Where it goes
- Each enquiry is sent by email to KAARYU's own mailbox through the mail server for the kaaryu.com domain.
- A copy is stored in a file on the server that hosts this website, in a folder that is not publicly accessible.
Our hosting and email providers process this information for us only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months, or less if you ask us to delete them. Enquiries from centres that join the pilot may be kept for the length of the pilot under a separate agreement.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
- act for you through a person you nominate.
To make a request, contact the grievance officer in section 9. We may need to confirm your mobile number before acting on a request.
7. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Enquiry files are kept outside the public part of the website, and email settings are kept out of the website's code. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
