This website is run by KAARYU Private Limited ("KAARYU", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. They cover this public website only. Use of the KAARYU application by service centres, including during the pilot, is covered by a separate agreement.

2. Not a government website

KAARYU is independent software for service centres. This is not a government website, and KAARYU is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department. Names of government services or schemes are used only to describe the kind of work our users do.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

KAARYU helps service centres prepare applications. The centre lodges each application with the relevant authority, which alone decides whether to accept it. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted, processed within any time, or succeed.

4. Information on this website

The content on this website is general information about KAARYU. Features marked "In pilot" are still being tested and may change. We try to keep the content accurate but do not promise that it is complete or current.

5. Using the website properly

Please do not misuse the website: for example, by sending automated or false enquiries, trying to get around its security, or entering other people's personal information or Aadhaar numbers into the enquiry form.

6. Our name and logo

The KAARYU name, logo and the content of this website belong to KAARYU Private Limited. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission, except to link to this website.

7. Links

The website links to WhatsApp and to the KAARYU operator sign-in. Other services are governed by their own terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
